For the 2024-25 school year, the Seven Hills School seeks a dynamic, innovative individual committed to teaching the whole child for an Pre-Kindergarten Assistant Teacher at the Lotspeich Lower School. Candidates should be eager to work in a collaborative, team-based environment with thoughtful, experienced colleagues committed to engaging teaching and learning.


This part-time position is from 8:00 AM - 1:30 PM Mondays through Fridays. Assistant teachers assist the primary classroom teacher with activities and learning exercises and help them maintain a friendly, inclusive atmosphere for all students. Depending on the needs and class sizes, assistant teachers may work with small groups of students for some activities.

Qualifications

All candidates must have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college; a master’s degree is preferred.
  • Three or more years of teaching experience at the preschool or early elementary level.
