The successful applicant will have the opportunity to immediately jump into a busy docket of class actions, mass torts, and arbitration claims. The candidate will begin first-chairing arbitration trials (hearings) as soon as they feel prepared to do so. Because of the intense training required, this is an in-person position. It will require travel of up to two weeks at a time, though long periods without travel are not uncommon.
