Seeking an experienced Electrical Controls Engineering Manager. Ideal candidate will have a background in Controls Engineering managing a team of Electrical Controls Engineer.


We are seeking a visionary to help us revolutionize our automated systems. We provide the most advanced aseptic liquid processing technology available through the application of customized Blow/Fill/Seal machinery and integrated services.


We do program our machines in Siemens, but that is not a requirement. We are looking for someone to be a strong leader within Electrical Engineering and help us get to the next level in production.


Essential Functions

  • Provides electrical engineering guidance and technical support on electrical engineering reviews, strategic plans, and projects.
  • Creates unit and development cost estimations and helps determine affordable and reliable material sources.
  • Provides managerial support to Electrical Engineering Supervisor on assigning department personnel to projects.
  • Ensures on-time product management and development by collaborating with other departments to estimate reasonable and precise schedules and solve problems quickly.
  • Drives innovation and new design concepts utilizing new technology.
  • Works closely with Mechanical Engineering to help develop the necessary protocols for finished products while maintaining realistic design criteria that can be managed and achieved by both departments.
  • Working with manufacturing and operations department, reviews and monitors quality and process improvements and new product development
  • Manages vendor and subcontractor relationships.



Required Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent work Experience
  • 3+ years relevant electrical engineering experience in electronic design and PLC programming
  • 2-3+ years of experience managing engineering teams


Preferred Education and Experience

Proficient in the use of Solid Works, 3D, and AutoCAD knowledge to interpret existing documentation.

Proficient knowledge and experience with PLC programming and MMI system knowledge for Siemens products

Knowledge of control and design to meet pharmaceutical specifications.

International travel experience.

Additional Qualifications


Knowledge of the pharmaceutical/health care industries and the associated regulatory requirements is helpful.

Understanding and ability to interpret GAMP, CE, ISO, ANSI, and other Global Standards as required for pharmaceutical applications is helpful
