Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Service Manager at Total Environment Hospitality USA. The Service Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the establishment, including managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining inventory, and coordinating with other departments. The Service Manager will also be responsible for creating schedules, handling customer concerns, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a management or supervisory role in the hospitality industry is required***
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a large property [(2 floors, patio) 10k + sq ft]
- Knowledge of basic F&B Ops, scheduling, forecasting, & training programs
- Understanding of health and safety regulations
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays (5 day a week schedule, 2 consecutive days off)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
