Role Overview:
- Manage payroll for 450 employees across multiple states.
- Handle 3 different payroll IDs.
- Work independently with assistance from the Accounting Manager.
- Standard hours: 8 AM - 5 PM, 4 days in-office, 1 day remote.
- Family-oriented company with a casual dress code.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer payroll using ADP Workforce Now.
- Ensure compliance with multi-state payroll regulations.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in payroll processing.
- Communicate effectively both in writing and orally.
- Complete payroll-related reports and predictions.
Qualifications:
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now.
- Strong payroll processing skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication abilities.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
