About the Role

We are seeking a ServiceNow Technical Lead to join our growing IT team. On this team, you will act as a ServiceNow Generalist that can act as an Developer / Business Analyst combination. You will be supporting anywhere from the current ServiceNow iteration, to implementing new modules, and pushing the limits of automations by working with business-side stakeholders, including traders, to streamline the deal making flow.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow applications to automate IT processes and workflows.
  • Oversee the ServiceNow platform administration, including user management, security, and configuration.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements for the ServiceNow platform.
  • Develop and maintain ServiceNow integrations with other enterprise applications.
  • Create and maintain ServiceNow documentation, including playbooks and knowledge base articles.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest ServiceNow features and functionality and recommend improvements to the platform.
  • Mentor and coach junior team members.


Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow administrator or developer (minimum 3 years)
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, financial services environment
  • Willing to work in an onsite environment
  • Strong understanding of IT service management (ITSM) principles
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python) is a plus
  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus
  • Certified ServiceNow professional (CSA, CSM) is a plus
