We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage multifamily construction projects from inception through completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in multifamily construction, a proven track record of successful project delivery, and excellent leadership skills. As a Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the project, ensuring that it is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Project Planning: Develop detailed project plans, including scope, budget, timeline, and resource allocation. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives and deliverables.
  • Budget Management: Prepare and manage project budgets. Monitor expenses, manage cost control measures, and ensure financial efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Schedule Coordination: Create and maintain project schedules. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure timely completion of tasks and milestones.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate project teams, including site supervisors, subcontractors, and other personnel. Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Quality Control: Oversee quality assurance and quality control processes. Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards.
  • Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients. Provide regular updates, address concerns, and manage client expectations.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Address issues promptly to minimize impact on project progress.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports. Ensure all documentation is complete and up-to-date.


Qualifications:


  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management within the multifamily construction sector. Proven experience managing large-scale projects.
  • Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of multifamily construction processes, building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
