Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead the design and implementation of a cutting-edge procurement network that minimizes costs while maintaining high standards of quality, efficiency, and supply reliability, giving the company a competitive advantage in the marketplace.
  • Establish, monitor, and drive outcomes through key performance indicators, ensuring they align with the strategies, requirements, and policies of both the company and its customers.
  • Lead a hands-on approach to continuous improvement in supply chain management by identifying, evaluating, and implementing innovative practices.
  • Manage a global team to oversee all category spending, focusing on enhancing Net EBITDA and promoting sustainable Working Capital across all managed areas.
  • Standardize and scale the global category management process across all business units, ensuring it remains flexible, transparent, and technology-driven across various regions and geographies.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Advanced degrees such as an MBA or a Master’s in Supply Chain are highly desirable.
  • Procurement certifications like CIPM or CSCP are strongly preferred.
  • Over 10 years of experience leading a procurement organization across multiple regions, with expertise in both direct and indirect categories.
