  • Bachelor’s or master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Deep industry knowledge and a thorough understanding of the General and administrative functions, such as Finance, Procurement, HR, as well as compliance and training frameworks, and market trends. This knowledge is crucial for identifying opportunities and/or reimagining business models for digital innovation that are compliant and competitive. Must have proven track record on 1 or 2 Domains on gaining buy-in from customers and/or business factions.
  • Proficiency in digital technologies such as data analytics, artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), Internet of Things (IoT), and blockchain. Understanding how these technologies can be leveraged to drive efficiencies, innovation, and competitive advantage is key. Knowledge of architecture practices and methodologies is a must.
  • Understanding of the customer journey and how digital technologies can enhance customer experiences, from clinical trial participants to healthcare providers and end consumers.
  • Demonstrated history of successful product delivery, possessing expertise in security, storage, and data management across mobile and cloud development, including the application of AI, automation, and cloud engineering.
  • Experience in agile development required. Prior product development and management experience is desirable with experience designing product strategies would be preferred
  • Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, including IT, HR, Procurment, Finance and operations at all levels of the organization, especially senior business leadership.. This involves translating complex digital concepts into business value and gaining buy-in for digital initiatives
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity, willingness to learn and upskill, challenge the status quo and work towards bringing clarity
