Our Ideal Candidate's Skills and Experiences:

10+ years of client-facing experience, including 5+ years leading an Analytics, Data Science or similar

growth-oriented team.

5+ years of leadership in a consulting organization, adept at growing, scaling and leading diverse

teams with empathy and rigor.

Having background in Life Sciences / Pharma industry will be a plus.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analytics, data management, and the

ability to transform complex data into actionable insights.

Strong knowledge of BI reporting platform like Tableau, Qlik ... etc.

Worked with Information Security to identify and mitigate risks associated with Data Management,

Analytics, and reporting.

Proven experience in managing BI/Analytics functions at a senior level.

Experience with AWS or Oracle Cloud.

Proven track record in managing team KPIs: Utilization, Revenue, and Gross Margin.

Comprehensive understanding of data management, governance, BI, and Data engineering

frameworks for business applications.

Dedicated to people leadership, career development, and coaching.

Strong project management abilities, capable of overseeing highly strategic projects.

Exceptional business acumen, communication, and presentation skills with direct experience

engaging senior stakeholders.
