The Facilities Service Managers role is to ensure that the safety, security, and condition of our locations meet the expectations of our current and future customers.

Job Description:

You’ll play an important role in our facility services initiatives working with executives and the rest of the facilities team on important projects. Communication and follow up with internal and external partners are important in this role. This is an active job with a mix of hands on and administrative duties such as:

  • Working in collaboration with maintenance, contractor, and field team members on the execution of construction projects and contract management.
  • Researching, identify, and vet vendors and sub-contractors to create a vendor partner list.
  • Using Project Management software to create, maintain, and track project details and timelines.
  • Inputting, reviewing, assigning, and approving work orders for various projects.
  • Managing maintenance ticket life cycle from creation to completion.
  • Use capital investment software to plan and prioritize projects based on forecasted need.
  • Working with construction and field management team to set yearly budgets. Visit locations with executive team to prioritize capital improvements.


Qualifications:

  • 3 years of multi-site project or facilities management experience.
  • Associate degree preferred.
  • Knowledge in a trade would be a plus.
  • Working knowledge of ProjectMates software would be a plus.
  • Prior experience approving maintenance requests, collecting bids, awarding projects, and closing out tickets.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize accordingly.
