Genesys Cloud Developer with CX Reporting Expertise

Job Description:


We are seeking a highly skilled Genesys Cloud Developer with extensive experience in CX (Customer Experience) Reporting to join our team on a contract basis in Newark, NJ. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Genesys Cloud platform, advanced skills in data reporting and visualization, and proficiency in working with large datasets. The role involves developing and optimizing customer experience solutions, designing and implementing complex reports, and ensuring seamless data integration across various systems.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Genesys Cloud Development:
  • Design, develop, and deploy custom applications and workflows within the Genesys Cloud platform.
  • Integrate Genesys Cloud with other enterprise systems using APIs, ensuring seamless data flow and communication.
  • Automate processes and optimize workflows using scripting and other automation tools.
  • CX Reporting:
  • Develop and manage CX reports and dashboards using Tableau, BI tools, and other data visualization platforms.
  • Extract, analyze, and visualize large datasets from multiple sources to provide actionable insights on customer interactions and experience metrics.
  • Collaborate with business and CX teams to translate customer experience requirements into technical solutions and reports.
  • Data Management and Analysis:
  • Design and execute SQL and NoSQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data for CX reporting.
  • Work with Big Data technologies to handle large volumes of customer interaction data.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reports and systems.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including CX strategists, analysts, and developers, to align solutions with business goals.
  • Provide technical expertise and support during the implementation of Genesys Cloud solutions and CX reporting projects.
  • Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction with delivered solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Genesys Cloud: Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with the Genesys Cloud platform, including development, configuration, and integration.
  • CX Reporting: Expertise in designing, developing, and managing CX reports using tools like Tableau or similar BI platforms.
  • Data Skills: Strong experience in SQL, NoSQL, Big Data, and data query/extraction coding. Ability to handle large datasets and complex data structures.
  • Programming: Proficiency in scripting and coding (e.g., Python, JavaScript) for automation and integration purposes.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in financial services or a similar industry.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
  • Experience with agile development methodologies.
