Greene Resources is seeking a Loan Operations Manager to join a growing and dynamic team
Job Description:
- Oversee operational aspects of lending area
- Identify, monitor and perform required product maintenance including rate adjustment, change in terms requirements, document mapping, etc.
- Implement loan operation policies and procedures to ensure compliance with State and Federal regulations and internal compliance requirements
- Lend specific regulatory compliance including development of new procedures, procurement of additional resources/software, maintenance of loan documentation and implementation of appropriate procedures
- Interact with auditors, loan review, compliance and examiners to assist in bank reviews and examinations of lending
- Follow up and correct any items addressed and ensure necessary changes or recommendations have been implemented as directed.
- Maintain responsibility for following regulatory requirements including those pertaining to the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Customer Identification Program (CIP) and OFAC to assist in the identification, detection and determent of money laundering or other unlawful activities.
- Processing complex loan transactions (drawdowns, settlements, etc.)
Position Requirements:
- Continuously exercise of judgement following broad guidelines; identify and select complex choices of action where standard practices may not exist
- Must be able to accommodate detailed work, problem solving, reasoning, training others, multiple concurrent tasks and constant interruptions
- Ability to deal with routine problems involving multiple facets, variables and situations where only limited standardization exists
- Observe all bank policies and procedures relating to BSA, OFAC, CIP and related acts, and participation in ongoing related training
- Must be persuasive and team oriented
- Knowledge of all related State and Federal laws, regulations and other bank operational policies and procedures
- Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills with the ability to instruct others, train personnel, write reports, correspondence and speak clearly to customers and employees
