Our Financial Services Division specializes in senior level retained executive search and advisory for top-tier global financial institutions. We are trusted advisors to CEO’s and board level directors as well as business and division leaders.


With decades of experience and the resources and strength of the Solomon Page brand, we have grown with our clients as they have built out a variety of businesses and moved into new product and functional areas. As a result, we have built successful partnerships across top sell-side and buy-side firms including investment banks, private equity firms, hedge funds, asset managers, credit funds, family offices, investment firms, specialty finance companies and other alternatives firms.


  • Salary: 70K to 150K + commission for experienced hires


Responsibilities:


  • You will work closely with senior recruiters and leadership to learn Financial Services / Global Markets executive search and advisory business.
  • You will source, map, build, and pipeline candidates for open positions at highly sought-after financial services client firms.
  • You will conduct interviews with candidates and build a deep understanding of their background and interests while forming a strong professional connection with them.
  • You will work closely with top tier candidates, representing them professionally and respectfully throughout the recruitment cycle.
  • You will operate strategically with a strong customer service orientation to effectively source and match your candidates to our client’s needs.
  • You will learn to prospect, target, and build a book of clients, providing both top talent and market insight acting as an expert in the field.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, or Economics, higher education a plus
  • Sales, marketing, relationship management, account management experience
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of/experience in financial services industry a plus.
  • Customer centric orientation, positive attitude, strong financial motivation, and flexible mindset.
  • Strong organizational skills and advanced knowledge of Microsoft office/Excel a plus.
  • A desire to work hard and team player.
