Job Title: Chief Technology Officer (CTO)


Job Description:

CLEINT is seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology and product teams. This position will collaborate cross-functionally and work tightly with all facets of our business. The focus will be on leading, advising, and growing our Product & Technology teams while ensuring technological advancement for the entire company. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of blockchain technology, a proven track record of driving innovation, and strong leadership skills.


Key Responsibilities:

- Technology Strategy & Leadership:

- Develop and execute CLEINT 's technology strategy in alignment with business goals.

- Lead and mentor the technology and product teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

- Stay ahead of emerging technology trends, especially in blockchain, IoT, and network technologies, and integrate relevant advancements into CLEINT’s technology roadmap.


- Product Development & Innovation:

- Oversee the development, design, and implementation of CLEINT 's blockchain infrastructure and related technologies.

- Drive the creation of innovative products and solutions that meet market needs and enhance customer satisfaction.

- Ensure the scalability, security, and reliability of all technological initiatives.


- Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Work closely with other executives, particularly in sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure technology initiatives align with business objectives.

- Act as a key technical advisor to the executive team, providing insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.


- Operational Excellence:

- Implement and manage processes to ensure efficient and effective technology operations.

- Establish and enforce standards and protocols for software development, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure.

- Oversee the technology budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to support business growth.


Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a CTO, VP of Engineering, or in a similar senior technology leadership role.

- Extensive knowledge of blockchain technology, particularly in post-quantum encryption and decentralized networks.

- Blockchain/Web3 experience is a must, preferably using languages such as Go and Python, including AVM (Algorand Virtual Machine) languages such as TEAL. Further experience utilizing React Native in building Frontend applications, involving NodeJS and other miscellaneous JavaScript technologies. Also experience building Backend databases, with PostGreSQL and MongoDB. Experience with Erlang and BEAM-based concurrency models is a plus as well.

- Strong background in product development, with a focus on high-availability applications and asset representation.

- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate technical teams.

- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with a strategic mindset and a customer-centric approach.

- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
