Never Fully Dressed, the brand known for bold prints, feel good dressing in inclusive sizes has recently opened it’s doors in New York with it’s USA flagship store. We are looking to expand our amazing team with a Full Time Sales Associate


This is a fantastic opportunity to join the Never Fully Dressed NYC flagship store team and deliver our 5 star customer experience which leaves customers feeling amazing We are a British contemporary womenswear brand, stocking an inclusive range of sizes from US 2 - 26


As the Store Manager for Never Fully Dressed's New York store, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the store's operations, driving sales, and providing exceptional customer experiences. You will lead a team of passionate associates and create a welcoming environment where customers feel inspired and valued. Your role will involve strategic planning, staff management, and ensuring the store consistently meets or exceeds sales targets and brand standards.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Sales and Performance Management:

  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve store targets.
  • Analyse sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimise performance.
  • Set sales goals for the team and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to achieve objectives.

Customer Experience:

  • Ensure every customer receives exceptional service and has a positive shopping experience.
  • Lead by example in delivering excellent customer service and resolving any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Implement initiatives to enhance customer engagement, loyalty, and satisfaction.

Team Leadership and Development:

  • Assist in recruiting, training, and onboarding new team members, ensuring they are equipped with product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Provide ongoing training, coaching, and performance feedback to foster a high-performing and motivated team.
  • Create a supportive and inclusive work environment where team members feel valued and empowered to succeed.

Operations and Inventory Management:

  • Oversee store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and maintaining store cleanliness and organisation.
  • Manage inventory levels and merchandise presentation to maximise sales opportunities and ensure a visually appealing store environment.
  • Conduct regular inventory counts 

Visual Merchandising and Brand Presentation:

  • Execute visual merchandising standards according to brand guidelines and seasonal promotions.
  • Create compelling displays and window presentations to showcase new arrivals and drive sales.
  • Monitor product placement and ensure the store layout enhances the customer shopping experience.

Community Engagement and Events:

  • Represent Never Fully Dressed within the local community and participate in relevant events or collaborations to increase brand awareness.
  • Identify partnership opportunities and initiatives to engage with customers and build brand loyalty.

 

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in retail management, preferably in a fashion or apparel setting.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and business needs.
  • Passion for fashion and a genuine interest in the Never Fully Dressed brand.
