As a project manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping tackle complex business issues from strategy to execution. Ultimately, the Project Manager’s duties are to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with high quality Dragon Herbs’ standards.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Manage multiple, complex projects that span one or multiple departments.

· Own the full project lifecycle. Successful project delivery will include full implementation from initiation to deployment

· Outline and manage a well-defined project management process and champion ongoing improvement and best practice initiatives

· Communicate clearly with stakeholders to establish timeline expectations so as to execute deliverables

· Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment demonstrating teamwork, innovation and excellence.

· Participate in establishing practices, templates, policies, tools and partnerships to expand and mature the knowledge base of the project management team

· Deliver progress reports, proposals, project scope, requirement documentation and presentations to various audiences, including project team, sponsors and key stakeholders.

· Raise potential risks; strategizing alternative solutions.

· Create project schedules and manage timelines across multiple projects

· Hold teams accountable and remain nimble and creative with resource management and prioritization– keeping scope of projects in mind

· Promote empowerment of the team, ensure that each team member is fully engaged in the project with meaningful contributions and encourage a sustainable pace with high-quality output


QUALIFICATIONS

· Minimum 2 years experience as a project manager in IT, web development, marketing or construction management

· Experience in managing technical and/or creative teams

· Proven track record in delivering projects

· Strong verbal/written communication skills are essential

· 4-year degree from accredited, top tier university preferred.

· Strong organizational skills and the ability to work effectively with a team are required

· Ability to work under pressure while managing multiple tasks and organizing work effectively

· Solid mastery of MS Office Programs (Outlook, Excel, Word)


DETAILS

· Candidate must pass a background check and have accurate, sound references, 3 ideally.

· Hours: Monday-Friday 10:00 am - 6:00 pm (hybrid)
