This position, based out of the firm's regional office, will be responsible for supporting the Property Management team in the day-to-day operations across an assigned portfolio in New Jersey. Collaborating across the property management team and building owners, the Property Administrator will utilize excellent organizational and administrative skills to ensure first-class support for tenants. Duties will include being the first point of contact for tenants, invoicing, lease administration, creating marketing materials, and managing tenant work orders.
