Implementation System Admin

As an Implementation System Admin, you'll be the driving force behind our clients' seamless integration of cutting-edge technology and business solutions. Your mission will be to deliver a flawless setup, installation, and training experience. You'll forge strong partnerships directly with clients, guiding them through initial access, data migration, and process documentation. You're the go-to expert for answering any system-related questions and offering top-notch support.



You Will:

  • Setup and install technical systems, applications, or process designs for clients’ purchased or outsourced technology and business process solutions
  • Play a leading role in testing and troubleshooting, ensuring everything runs smoothly
  • Work directly with client to manage initial access, map and transfer data, create process documentation, and train or coordinate training for client users
  • Test and troubleshoot functionality of installed systems; identify and document technical issues to be escalated to product and system integration teams for resolution
  • Provide feedback based on client experiences to product and professional services teams for product and process improvements
  • Identify and solve issues related to system performance and functionality
  • Recognize service gaps and fill in as a utility player as necessary to complete work and technical projects


You Have:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience implementing technical solutions with external clients
  • An understanding of networking concepts and protocols: TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS
  • Experience with Mac OS, Windows Devices, Google Admin, Cisco Phones, VOIP, O365, printer management
  • An associate's, bachelor’s degree, certifications, or equivalent relevant work experience in lieu of a degree
  • Ideal: CCNA Certification, Sec+, and/or Network+ Certification
  • The ability to translate business issues into systems and operational solutions
  • Time management skills to handle multiple task assignments and prioritize work appropriately
  • Leadership and prioritization skills; ability to build consensus and drive decision-making; proven ability to work cross-functionally to accomplish objectives
  • Ability to travel 50% of the time
