Regional Staffing Manager

Position Summary:
The Regional Manager is responsible for leading multiple branches and ensuring quality of staffing, sales, employee development, and financial results for the company.
Responsibilities:
- train, develop branch staff
- and managing performance objectives for employee
- and manage team to ensure operations run smoothly and revenue targets are met
- and mentoring direct reports
- and maintain strong client relationships with key accounts
- revenue growth and new customer acquisition by prospecting new clients
- within region to different branches and clients
- development activities such as territory planning, cold calling, and relationship building
- of consultative sales strategy to resolve client objections
- and determine client needs and develop a plan of action to offer staffing solutions
- sales presentations and follow-up calls to prospective new business accounts
- internal staffing team to ensure consistency with client expectations and available candidate pools
- compliance for hiring and placement of all temporary employees; including employee on-boarding and documentation of all processes.

Skill Requirements:

Education and Experience:
- 5 years plus in a leadership role
- 3 years plus in the Staffing Industry, corporate recruiting, management, business develop, or HR is required
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalate experience
- Office, Outlook, and experience in Applicant Tracking Systems.
Physical Requirements:
- Reliable transportation to get to and from client sites in assigned territory
- Frequent standing, sitting, walking, bending, talking, and listening
