Job Summary:

As a Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs, and offering tailored solutions that meet those needs.



Key Responsibilities:

Prospect and Lead Generation:

•               Identify potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.

•               Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads.


Client Relationship Management:

•               Build and nurture relationships with existing and potential clients.

•               Understand clients' financial goals and needs and provide suitable financial solutions.

•               Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and retention.


Sales and Business Development:

•               Present and sell financial products/services to new and existing clients.

•               Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives.


Market Research and Analysis:

•               Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

•               Gather and analyse client feedback to improve sales strategies and product offerings.



Administrative Duties:

•               Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM software.

•               Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market feedback.




Qualifications:

Education/Experience:

•               Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, ideally within the financial sector.

•               Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

•               A finance/business-related degree is desired but not a necessity.


Skills:

•               Strong knowledge of financial products and services.

•               Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

•               Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

•               Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.

•               Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

•               Self-motivated with a strong drive for success.
