Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Optimize Dashboards: Utilize Power BI to create and maintain dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Write Complex Data Queries: Leverage M Code to write complex data queries and transformations that support business reporting needs.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with IT, operations, and business units to understand reporting requirements and deliver strategic recommendations.
  • Support Advanced Data Analytics: Assist in the implementation and use of Microsoft Fabric for advanced data analytics, when necessary.
  • Analyze and Interpret Data: Analyze and interpret large datasets to provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Ensure Data Accuracy and Security: Ensure data accuracy, reliability, and security in reporting environments.
  • Provide Training and Guidance: Train and guide team members and stakeholders on BI tools and data reporting.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Analytics.
  • 5+ Years of Experience: 5+ years of experience in a data analysis/BI role with advanced expertise in Power BI, M Code, and SSRS.
  • Strong SQL Skills: Strong SQL skills and the ability to work with complex data models.
  • Collaborative Skills: Proven ability to work collaboratively across departments and teams.
  • Excellent Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
