Apparel Graphic Designer

We are seeking an experienced Apparel Graphic Designer to join our team. This role focuses on creating innovative and compelling uniform concepts for professional soccer teams, including national teams and international clubs. Combining performance design with storytelling, this role requires exceptional creativity, presentation skills, and a consumer-driven approach to design.
Job Responsibilities: -
- Design original and trend-relevant graphics for soccer uniforms and apparel.
- Ensure manufacturability through appropriate material and technique selections.
- Build narratives for soccer clubs, leagues, and athletes.
- Develop visual concepts and presentations that communicate compelling seasonal design stories.
- Translate stories into graphics that elevate consumer experiences and align with the brand's design ethos.
- Work closely with design teams, developers, and product managers to execute creative briefs.
- Develop detailed spec packs for design partners and cross-functional teams.
- Act as a graphic design lead for specific categories or product lines.
- Participate in forums with category consumers to enhance insights.
- Influence process improvements and drive innovation in design practices.
- Use tools like Adobe Illustrator, and Keynote to design and present concepts.
- Create detailed design specs for production, including textile repeats and trims.
Qualifications
- 5-7 years as a graphic designer in sports apparel, preferably soccer.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, and Keynote.
- Strong ability to create compelling design narratives.
- Exceptional teamwork and communication skills.
- A portfolio showcasing relevant graphic design work is required.
- Experience with professional soccer or other sports teams.
- Familiarity with working in a triad model (design, tech development, and product management).
