We are seeking an experienced Apparel Technical Designer with expertise in cut & sew, knits, and woven sportswear and outerwear to join our Global Apparel Men’s Running & Training team. In this role, you will manage the technical development process, from design concept through production, ensuring construction, fit, and design intent align with project goals and timelines.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage Tech Packs, including construction sketches, measurements, and graphic placements.
  • Organize and lead fit sessions, providing technical recommendations and solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Design, Product Management, and PCC partners, to meet deadlines.
  • Create and review digital prototypes using 3D tools (e.g., Optitex, CLO 3D).
  • Track prototype progress, review samples, and ensure on-time delivery of production-ready styles.
  • Communicate updates and resolve challenges in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in apparel technical design and pattern making.
  • Expertise in apparel development, including construction, costing, and manufacturing processes.
  • Strong knowledge of cut & sew, knits, woven sportswear, and outerwear.
  • Proficiency with 3D tools (Optitex, CLO 3D) and Tech Pack creation.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Apparel Design, Pattern Making, or related field (or equivalent experience).
