Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Account Executive with 3+ years of experience to join our team. This role is primarily focused on advancing deals with advisors, other sales sources, and inbound leads, and involves significant operational responsibilities. The role would be based out of our Austin office. The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing complex consulting-style engagements and have experience in technology/AI sales.


Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with our advisors and internal team to move deals forward and ensure successful engagements with clients.
  • Manage relationships with inbound leads, focusing on converting these leads into long-term clients.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to understand client requirements and deliver tailored AI and software solutions.
  • Build relationships with existing clients to expand their projects.
  • Assist in operational tasks that support the sales and implementation cycle, ensuring smooth execution of consulting projects and AI solution deliveries.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline management using CRM software.


Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience of technology sales
  • Decent understanding of business applications of AI and sales cycle of software implementations.
  • Proven ability to manage and advance sales deals from lead to close.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deals simultaneously.
  • Experience working with CRM tools for tracking and managing sales activities.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while supporting broader team objectives.
