What You'll Do:

  • Provide 2nd level user support for incidents that require local resolution and cannot be resolved by the Service Desk.
  • Provide hands-on internal IT support, primarily on-site with some remote ticket handling.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot issues with end-users' computers and applications.
  • Support hardware and software installation/configuration in accordance with corporate policies.
  • Address IT issues related to machine production lines with a high level of urgency.


What Experience You'll Have:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on IT support experience.
  • Proven ability to work and collaborate with others and handle high-pressure situations.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to manage urgent production-related IT issues.
  • Solid understanding of network infrastructure and security principles.
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.


What Experience is Nice to Have:

  • ITIL v3 certification.
  • Scripting with PowerShell and VBScript.
  • Experience in using ITSM systems like ServiceNow.


Shift Details:

  • Flexible shift options (2nd or 3rd shift based on candidate's preference).
  • No travel requirements.
  • Night and weekend work available if desired by the candidate.
