 Key Job Responsibilities:


• Plan, execute, and optimize data-driven marketing campaigns across various channels (email, social media, PPC, etc.)

• Segment and target audiences based on data insights to improve engagement and conversion rates.

• Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimize campaign performance.

• Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights and inform marketing strategies.

• Develop and maintain marketing dashboards to track performance metrics.

• Utilize statistical methods to forecast and report on marketing performance.

• Manage and analyze customer data within the CRM system to drive personalized marketing efforts.

• Work closely with the executive team to align data insights with overall marketing strategy.

• Present data-driven insights and recommendations to stakeholders at various levels of the organization.

• Collaborate with internal teams to develop targeted messaging and campaigns that resonate with customers.


Skills and Abilities:


• Deep understanding of digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising. 

• Proficiency in analyzing marketing data using tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or other CRM platforms to derive actionable insights.

• Understanding of statistical concepts and techniques such as regression analysis, A/B testing, and predictive modeling.

• Capability to measure and report on marketing campaign performance metrics such as ROI, CPL (Cost Per Lead), and CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost).

• Strong project management skills to effectively plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns while adhering to timelines and budgets.

• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and data analytics.

• Ability to adapt to evolving trends in data-driven marketing and continuously learn new tools and techniques to stay ahead in the field.



Experience and Education:


• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in a data-driven marketing role.

• Experience in the fintech industry a plus.

• Experience with lead generation.

• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms like HubSpot, Marketo, or similar.

• Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics and other web analytics tools.

• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.

• Experience in customer segmentation strategies based on demographic, behavioral, and psychographic data to personalize marketing efforts.
