Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop solutions addressing high-impact technology and business priorities.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in multiple areas, including programming languages, security, automation, testing, and business domains, serving as a go-to resource for peers inside and outside the team.
  • Research and explore new technological opportunities to enhance technical capabilities within the organization.
  • Influence strategic technology decisions in collaboration with internal and external experts.
  • Contribute to positioning the company as a leader in technology best practices by enhancing its external image.


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Cloud Technologies, preferably AWS.
  • Proficiency in building, deploying, and maintaining APIs, containerized applications/services, and IaaS.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Git/GitHub, GitLab).
  • Hands-on experience with messaging systems like RabbitMQ or Kafka.
  • Passion for modern software engineering practices.
  • Programming expertise in Python, with the ability to quickly adapt to additional languages such as Java, C#, or Node.js.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service abilities.
  • Effective collaboration, communication, and organizational skills.


Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience with OpenShift Container Platform.
  • Familiarity with contract testing using Pact and/or managing Pact Broker setups.
  • Development experience with Golang.
  • Full-stack web development expertise using React and Node.js.
  • Knowledge of risk management practices.
