Position: Client Relations Specialist


Company: The Halpern Law Firm- we are a growing law firm that specializes in asbestos litigation. We represent individuals previously exposed to asbestos against large companies.


Location: In person- Ardmore, Pennsylvania 19003


Job Responsibilities: Provides general office support during operating hours by assisting in daily office needs, monitoring client requests, and completing administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will be personable and willing to assist clients with their inquiries.


Duties:

·       Administrative tasks, such as mailing out documents to clients.

·       Maintaining and updating tasks and contact log on CMS

·       Manage calendar.

·       Being in communication with the Team and Clients

·       Assisting with client intake


Qualifications:

·       Strong interpersonal skills

·       Comfortable interacting with a variety of age groups

·       Previous experience in client service role preferred, but not required

·       Bachelor's Degree preferred, but not required
