Introduction

Visium Resources has been asked to identify qualified candidates for this Contracts Process Administrator position located in Lake Mary, FL. This position is a contract hire opportunity which is expected to be a hybrid work arrangement for a duration of one year with a possibility of extension.


Summary

The Contracts Process Administrator will be responsible for managing and streamlining the contract process, ensuring compliance, and maintaining accurate records. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.


Job Description:


Contract Processing:

  • Ensure all contracts comply with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Maintain a comprehensive and organized repository of all contracts and related documents.
  • Process them timely and improve efficiency.

Process Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities to streamline and improve contract management processes.
  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for contract administration.

Compliance and Risk Management:

  • Ensure all contracts adhere to relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Monitor contract performance and compliance, addressing any issues promptly.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure contract accuracy and completeness.

Stakeholder Communication:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding contract matters.
  • Collaborate with legal, finance, procurement, and other departments to facilitate contract execution.
  • Provide training and support to team members on contract processes and procedures.

Reporting and Documentation:

  • Generate regular reports on contract status, performance metrics, and compliance.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all contractual agreements.
  • Assist in preparing documentation for audits and reviews.

Qualified candidates would have the following:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Law, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years or more of proven experience in contract administration, legal support, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of contract law and legal terminology.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
