This role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a gear manufacturing facility and their employees. Duties include planning production schedules, identifying productivity goals, and monitoring processes to ensure efficiency and compliance in the manufacturing process. Additionally, this position is responsible for maintaining a safe work environment for the employees. This individual must have strong leadership qualities, gives clear direction, thinks proactively, and has a high degree of accountability.

Planning, organizing, directing, and running optimum day-to-day operations

Managing production, assets capacity, and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining quality standards

Ensuring production output, product quality, and on-time shipping

Allocating resources effectively

Developing and committing to plant safety procedures

Creating and managing budgets

Financial reporting to RAM CEO

Utilizing assets to produce optimal results

Collecting and analyzing data to find areas of waste and overtime

Developing systems and processes that track and optimize productivity
