Inside Sales Representative

Job Purpose

Be the face of Setex to customers in the Eye Care Professional Channel in the U.S. Build direct relationships with Setex customers, and drive sales.


Primary Duties

1.     Conduct out-bound telesales campaigns.

2.     Help coordinate direct mail, e-mail, and phone campaigns into the optical and eyewear space in the U.S. 

3.     Manage data input into Shopify for order entry, and HubSpot for leads management.

4.     Assist in developing marketing communications collateral by working with internal team and external marketing agency.

5.     Participate in trade shows and conferences as needed.

6.     Assume inside sales responsibilities such as answering phone calls, and answering simple product information inquiries.

7.     Learn and practice documented quality system procedures and company policies.

8.     Communicate with Operations team on any sample requirements for upcoming direct mail campaigns.


Secondary Duties

1.     Collaborate and communicate with other team members as needed.

2.     Complete special projects as required.

3.     Travel to meet customers as required

4. Perform other duties as required and assigned.

7.     Experience in using basic business software

8.  Able to prioritize assignments, meet deadlines, raise issues early and use time productively.

10.  Self-driven, energetic, strong work ethic and good communication skills who is passionate about customer success and wants to grow into a sales career.

11.  Able to read, write and speak English fluently.

12.  Excellent team player and communication skills.


Experience / Education Requirements

1.     1-3 years of business, sales, and/or marketing experience preferably in a manufacturing business.

2.     Good computer software skills, demonstrated through professional, academic or extra-curricular experience.
