Pay Range: $24 - $27/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).


Key Responsibilities:


  • LVN needed to assist with follow up calls to members, MD offices, DME agencies, Provider agencies, etc.
  • LVN will need to work on any assigned tasks within expected turn-around time.
  • LVN will need to track productivity and turn in spreadsheet each week.
  • LVN may need to perform field visits in Corpus Christi and surrounding towns, if needed to assist.
  • LVN will need to fill out required forms and document assessments within turn-around time.
  • LVN must have good computer skills and be able to work independently in home office, being mindful of privacy to avoid any HIPAA breech.
  • LVN must have stable and dependable Wi-Fi services.
  • LVN must have good verbal and written communication skills.
  • LVN will need to complete formal training, and then work within turn-around times.
  • 8am – 5pm with 1hr lunch break; Meet with manager; Get started on training modules


Key Requirements and Technology Experience:


  • Key skills; Managed care experience; Service Coordination; MD office work; Home Health work
  • LVN
  • Good verbal and written communication
  • Home health experience
  • Comprehension of Microsoft software (excel; word; etc.)
  • MD office experience
  • Quick learner
  • Education Requirement: LVN certification in BON
