Position General Summary:

Industrial Process Engineer is responsible for all aspects related to process and quality pertaining to PERC/Mulcare products and services. They work closely with a team centered around product development and improvement with the customer in mind. The team may consist of engineering, manufacturing and sales that help manage quality control and quality assurance to maximize the customer market of PERC and Mulcare products.



Primary Responsibilities

Assist with the quality standards of new and existing product development

Set guidelines on what needs to be checked for incoming and outgoing products

Update the Quality Management System (QMS) with incidents, fixes, and improvements

Proper documentation of all PERC OEM products

Develop procedures for OEM product builds and field service work

Determine quality metrics for all manufacturing procedures

Monitor the production cycle and perform regular tests to identify potential malfunctions as early as possible

Inspect products for defects and durability

Communication with the manufacturer regarding technical issues

Perform root cause analysis

Prepare reports on malfunctions and corrective actions

Attend factory and field training as required to grow knowledge.

Assist with documenting support issues, tracking, and supporting products as required to track trends
