Essential Job Functions:

  • Read assembly guidelines as written by the OEM service engineers.
  • Perform interior and exterior auto part teardowns and build-ups prior to and after exterior parts are painted.
  • Inspect incoming and outgoing vehicles.
  • Possess capability to provide function testing of vehicles.
  • Document any additional issues found and inform the Team Leader/Manager in a timely manner.
  • Recognize personal improvement areas and develop strength to achieve personal growth.
  • Maintain a clean workstation and work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a high energy individual with a strong work ethic and desire to succeed.
  • Ability to work alone or in a group setting with minimal supervision.
  • Must possess basic automotive experience with hand tools.

Requires the Following Skills:

  • Must be able to multi-task while ensuring follow up and execution of required tasks.
  • Basic skills with computer operation and applications.
  • High degree of organization and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Oral and written communication skills. Must be able to communicate effectively.
  • Must be willing to assist peers, teach and help out as well as exude flexibility.
  • Lifting Requirements: must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds unassisted.
  • Requires a moderate level of physical activity.
  • Requires bending, climbing, stooping and stretching within a vehicle.
