The UHS Corporate Human Resources Department is hiring a Recruitment Systems Analyst - Training and Education to provide ongoing Recruitment Systems training for Corporate and field users within the HR community. This role will be instrumental in developing and delivering trainings to the field ongoingly to support our Recruitment Systems Workflows and compliance. This role will be accountable for developing and maintaining HR and Recruitment focused training and education programs.

Responsible for identifying and development of training areas for Recruitment HR systems, processes and compliance. Working with our Corporate divisional partners to develop training and education (Acute, BH and Corporate areas) Maintain and update current trainings and education catalogs. Ability to work and partner with a team to achieve the best results for training roll outs and continuous training and education needs with recruitment systems current and future.

  • Experience in development of training modules
  • Ability to lead training in partnership with other team members in person and on Zoom/Web Based video trainings
  • Able to teach and coach support team to administer training to field users
  • Demonstrated experience in driving change in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
  • Experience managing complex projects with multiple key stakeholders
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills
  • Attention to detail and process improvement
  • Adaptability: can operate efficiently under pressure
  • Experience scheduling and leading meetings
  • Experience using SharePoint, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Training tools such as BrainShark, Camtasia
  • Video editing and voice overs
  • Word and ADF creation (process maps or guides)

The ideal candidate will be highly technical and project/task focused with keen attention to detail and excellent client acumen and problem solving skills.

Essential Duties:

  • Develop and support, training and education of HR and recruitment systems, process and compliance
  • Partner with system administrators support to administer training and education
  • Partners with Corporate HR Operations to assist with training and education
  • Maintains organization of and access to all Recruitment Operations documentation.
  • Performs other duties as assigned/required.


Associates degree required with 3-5 years' experience with Corporate HR systems.


  • Instructional Design Experience - Preferred
  • Recruitment Systems and or HRIS/ERP - HCM workflow knowledge required. Specific knowledge of developing jobs preferred
  • Strong problem solving, communication and presentation skills. Well organized, with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to handle multiple priorities. Incumbent should be confident to work independently but also be a strong team player
  • Strong MS Office skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint in addition to HRIS experience, with Infor Lawson, Workday or other similar HR/Recruitment systems
  • Experience with iCIMS ATS - and iCIMS suite products, Workday HCM, ERP huge plus
