We are seeking an energetic, intellectual, consultative Sales professional who understands the art of listening to and solving customers’ problems.
Your role is to seek out leads, book appointments and speak to customers looking to move. You will need to understand their needs, perform virtual surveys of their home, on-site estimates, quote the cost of their move, then present proposals and close the deal.

Duties and Responsibilities
· Making multiple outbound calls to potential customers
· Conducting on-site estimates at residential homes and commercial businesses
· Understanding a customer’s needs and offering solutions and support
· Qualifying leads from digital campaigns
· Upselling products and services
· Maintaining a database (CRM) of customers
· Answering customer questions and follow-up call questions
· Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly metrics to achieve sales goals.
· Dispatching and operation tasks
· Loading packing materials onto trucks
· Handling bill close outs with crew leaders
· Quality control calls to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications, Requirements & Education
· 4+ years of experience related to sales
· Proven track record of meeting sales quota and goal achievement
· Ability to provide a high degree of major account management and control
· Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
· Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, and Excel) Facetime, Zoom, Video interactions for moving walkthrough
· Ability to excel in a team-oriented atmosphere
