Work you'll do: To run the day-to-day administrative operation of the Talent Acquisition Team. This includes but not limited to providing candidate scheduling support, managing ATS functions, providing high-touch candidate experience, and resolving matters related to Talent Acquisition and interfacing with resource management.


We’re looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to:

  • Manage candidate scheduling from the first screening through the offer stage.
  • Be the point of contact for all candidate scheduling inquiries and walk candidates through the process.
  • Provide best-in-class experience for candidates both onsite and remote for interview process.
  • Understand the interview process for all clients and create and document those processes.
  • Manage onsite interviews including but not limited to booking of interview space, audio video setup, and hosting duties.
  • Maintain the ATS tracking of interviews and facilitate the next steps for multiple rounds of interview activities.
  • Manages job boards and postings and accurately updates requisitions in real-time.
  • Provide audit support for ATS activities related to the interview process
  • Manage lead tracking and employee referrals tracking from current employees.
  • Track sourcing activities and manage data entry for applications to ATS job boards and track applications for all open requisitions.


Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in a Recruiting Coordinator role working within a tech consulting or professional services organization
  • Knowledge of talent acquisition operational responsibilities, systems and procedures
  • Knowledge of the software engineering/development field a plus
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Applications
  • Strong spreadsheet experience
  • Personable and respected by Employees
  • Team player who embraces InRhythm values
  • Self-starter able to structure this role without daily supervision
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to identify and manage issues, take charge attitude
