We’re seeking a cryptocurrency wizard that’s happy to help troubleshoot issues and assist users of Edge in multiple facets of their crypto journey


Job Summary


Responsible for providing technical assistance, support, and education for Edge users; and thoroughly testing upcoming releases of the Edge application.


Position requires responding to emails, phone calls, and social media to provide assistance with customer inquiries. Position is also responsible for testing all facets of the Edge application to ensure proper functionality, stability, and performance. Position will require content creation and documentation of the nuances of cryptocurrency and its operation in the Edge application.


Requirements


  • Able to understand cryptocurrency transactions and navigate block explorers for most cryptocurrencies.
  • Experienced with using and troubleshooting decentralized applications on various smart contract platforms.
  • Proficient in using IOS and Android mobile platforms and navigating their functionality at a power user level
  • Experienced using several different cryptocurrency wallets on mobile and desktop with various types of cryptocurrencies
  • Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written
  • Strong proficiency with Mac OS and Windows and various standard software such as word processors, spreadsheets, text editors, and web browsers
  • Fluency in Spanish a HUGE plus
