  • Create and curate engaging content tailored to our target audience, including text, images, and videos.


  • Schedule and publish posts consistently, ensuring alignment with our marketing calendar and campaign objectives.


  • Monitor social media channels for trends, mentions, and interactions; respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.


  • Analyze social media performance metrics and generate reports to track the effectiveness of campaigns and content.


  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader marketing initiatives and company goals.

  • Coordinate with influencers to develop and manage partnerships, including negotiating terms and tracking campaign performance.


  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our social media presence.


Requirements:


  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and trends.


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a creative flair for content creation.


  • Ability to analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.


  • Familiarity with social media management tool Sproutsocial is a plus.


  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.


Hours:


  • 20 hours per week.
  • the work hours are from 9:00am to 1:00pm on-site.
