Peak Parking is a fast-growing parking company looking to bring on a highly motivated and driven individual to grow our Austin market

We manage locations in Austin, Houston, Dallas, LA, Miami, Nashville, Seattle, and now Atlanta, and are quickly expanding into new markets. The primary function of this position will be providing best-in-class service to our current customers and working towards obtaining new parking locations in the Austin area. While working toward this goal, daily responsibilities will include overseeing the existing facilities we operate. This individual will work closely with executive leadership and parking industry leaders on a daily basis providing opportunities to grow within the company.


Primary Responsibilities

  • Oversee operations at our commercial garages
  • Act as the main point of contact for Property Managers and Tenants
  • Attend location meetings as appropriate, and respond to requests to develop and maintain good working relationships
  • Repair parking equipment as needed
  • Prepare revenue reporting on a daily, monthly, and yearly basis
  • Use knowledge of the parking industry to change parking rates as necessary
  • Maintain proper levels of transient, monthly, and event parking
  • Work towards obtaining new business in the area and growing our footprint in the market


Qualifications

  • Parking experience preferred
  • Self-starter eager to chase new business
  • Great communication skills
  • Ability to work nights and weekends when necessary
  • Self-disciplined
  • Reliable transportation to and from work
  • Able to pass drug and background test
  • Must be able to work outdoors for long periods of time
  • Must be flexible, reliable, and able to work autonomously
