Business Program Manager, Telehealth

To continue our mission, HNC is looking for dynamic leader who is passionate about people management, case management and resolutions. Prior experience in healthcare, particularly in health care based case management and telehealth programs, is a significant advantage.
The ideal candidate will oversee a team of developers, engineers and sales providing telehealth software management, ensuring production, quality, and timeline adherence. They should possess strong analytical skills, a knack for technology adoption, and exceptional communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular staff huddles to troubleshoot work-related issues and drive operational excellence and efficiency.
• Possess a deep understanding of telehealth programs, and actively define and redesign processes to address system issues and coordinate with teams.
• Mentor and train new staff, while providing ongoing coaching and collaboration with existing team members.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 7 years of experience in business or management roles.
• Required experience in the healthcare industry, with knowledge of telehealth programs (Preferred) • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple teams effectively.
• Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot issues, drive process improvements, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Should have strong knowledge of clinical operations.
