Senior Associate, Equities & Fixed Income Trade Support, Middle Office
Asset Manager with AUM >$50 billion
Location: Los Angeles, 3 days a week

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for trade settlement of Equities and Bonds
- Work with trading counterparties and third-party service providers directly responsible for trade settlements
- Resolve any settlement exceptions, position/cash/trade breaks
- Coordinate with Portfolio Managers, Traders, and Investment Operations in order to resolve trade discrepancies
- Assist with daily collateral management
- Recommend and implement efficiencies to improve processes
Experience:
- 4+ years of equities and/or bond trading operations experience at an investment manager
- Strong knowledge of domestic equities and bond settlement
- Knowledge of various other classes asset classes, such as credit/fixed income, derivatives, loans, and FX is preferred but not necessary
- Proven ability to work in a high-volume environment with accuracy
- Experience with Black Mountain (Allvue), Everest, Geneva, and/or IVP data management platforms preferred but not necessary
