About the role :

We are seeking a highly experienced Program Management Lead to join our team. This role is focused on defining tools and processes to support organizational excellence in program/project management and process definition. The successful candidate will oversee a large international program and ensure alignment with business strategies and financial constraints.

You will manage the program's overall strategy, cross-functional coordination, vendor relationships, and performance. This position requires strong project management leadership, as you’ll be responsible for ensuring proper staffing, managing project dependencies, and acting as an escalation point for project-related issues.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive vision and strategy for the large-scale international program. Ensure the program aligns with business objectives, financial constraints, and resource availability.
  • Take full responsibility for the program’s objectives, navigating financial and resource constraints.
  • Manage project dependencies across the program and build an effective program team.
  • Oversee vendor contracts, relationships, performance, and communication.
  • Ensure adequate Project Management staffing for all projects within the program.
  • Assist in developing project objectives and scopes while providing guidance as an escalation point for project-related issues affecting cost, schedule, and performance.
  • Lead program steering committee meetings and ensure alignment across stakeholders.


Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 8-9 years of relevant experience.
  • Alternatives: PhD/Law + 6 years; Master’s + 7 years; Associate’s degree + 9 years; High School + 10 years.
  • Required: Experience with Confluence and Jira.
  • Nice to have: Experience with Lucid/Lucid Spark or similar tools.
  • Experience working with Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) teams is a plus.
  • Must be able to demonstrate a track record of managing successful projects from start to finish. Having well-documented case studies or summaries of completed projects is highly encouraged.
