Job Description:
- The Sales Development Representatives will conduct outbound prospecting to small-medium businesses across the U.S.
- Schedule demos for Senior Account Executives, with the goal of ramping up to 3 demos per day over time, supported by ongoing training.
- Follow up with prospects to confirm their attendance at scheduled demos.
- Drive strategic, top-of-the-funnel lead generation through targeted cold-calling efforts.
- Utilize strong organizational skills to consistently update activities, opportunities, and account information in the CRM system.
Requirements:
- Previous experience with cold calling is a plus, but not required.
- Strong desire to succeed and build a career in sales.
- Ability to self-motivate and thrive in a fast-paced role.
- Willingness to ask for help and openness to being coached.
- Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work effectively.
Base Comp: $40,000
Total Compensation: $55,000 to $77,000
- Location: Raleigh, NC (In-office 5 days a week)
