Responsibilities:

- Oversee financial activities and projects across multiple real estate developments.

- Perform monthly close and reconcile general ledgers.

- Assist in monthly close processes and analyze financial results for multiple projects.

- Prepare monthly budgets, lender draws, and internal requests.

- Assist in preparing monthly management reports and ad-hoc requests.

- Prepare year-end packages for auditors and assist in issuing annual financial and tax statements.

- Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements for several entities.

- Conduct monthly account reconciliations.

- Perform other duties as required.


Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.

- Minimum of five years of accounting experience in public accounting or private real estate.

- Proficient in preparing and posting general ledger journal entries.

- Skilled in technical accounting research and financial statement preparation.

- Knowledgeable in Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and financial systems.

- Excellent analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.

- Willingness to work overtime as needed.
