What You'll Do:

As a Regional Sales Consultant at Triton, you're not just selling security; you're selling peace of mind, innovation, and the future of safeguarding. Here’s what your exciting day-to-day will look like:

  • Be a Game-Changer: Actively prospect new clients who are ready for cutting-edge, AI-powered security solutions. Help them see Triton as the security partner they’ve been waiting for.
  • Relationship-Building Rockstar: Build genuine, lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions that keep them ahead of threats.
  • Be the Face of Triton: Attend exciting trade shows and industry events, showing off our innovative tech and services while making real connections.
  • Storyteller: Conduct in-person and online presentations that not only inform but inspire. Show clients how Triton’s unique solutions will transform their security.
  • Sell the Future: Promote our industry-leading Security as a Service (SaaS) model, and get clients excited about flexible, scalable security.
  • Create Stability: Lead clients to understand the value of recurring monthly revenue (RMR) models that provide long-term stability.
  • Collaborate and Conquer: Partner with our sales team to meet and exceed targets—because winning is better together
  • Stay on Top of Trends: Always be in the know about industry developments, competitors, and opportunities for growth.


What You’ll Bring to the Table:

  • Experience: 3+ years in the security, security systems, or similar service industry, with a proven record of outside sales success.
  • Tech-Savvy: A solid grasp of security systems, and bonus points if you’ve sold SaaS and RMR before.
  • Charisma: You’ve got excellent communication skills and the ability to build trust with clients quickly.
  • Drive: You’re self-motivated, results-oriented, and passionate about exceeding sales targets.
  • Traveler: You’re ready and willing to hit the road—whether for client meetings, trade shows, or conferences.
  • Connections: Industry contacts are a plus, but if you’ve got the hustle, we’re ready to work with you.
