This is a 12+ month opportunity. The role is located in Bolingbrook, IL and hybrid.
Responsibilities:
- User Support & Administration: Provide primary support and administration for internal and external business partners, managing requirements, documentation, enhancements, and implementations to ensure system stability and data accuracy.
- System Support: Assist Merchandising, MP&I, and Ecommerce teams, ensuring system functionality and data accuracy. Define system settings and troubleshoot issues in collaboration with IT.
- System Management: Manage the Merchandise system, including parameter changes, improvements, and enhancements.
- Ticket Management: Address daily work tickets for the Master Data team, resolving or escalating issues.
- Process Implementation: Implement consistent processes for work tickets while adhering to SLAs.
- Master Data Support: Ensure accurate, consistent, and complete Master Data according to data governance standards.
- UAT Participation: Participate in user acceptance testing and troubleshooting for systems like SAP and PIM.
- Business Partner Support: Assist business partners by interpreting requirements and troubleshooting system issues.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1-2 years in business analysis, process improvement, or best practices.
- Education: BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge: Understanding of Merchandising, Ecommerce, Omni-Channel, and Supply Chain systems.
- Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and task management skills in high-pressure environments.
Special Requirements:
- Communication: Strong verbal and written skills, with the ability to simplify technical concepts.
- Collaboration: Proficient in teamwork and accountability, capable of working cross-functionally.
- Retail Experience: Background in retail business with process and systems expertise.
- Change Management: Ability to identify and convey opportunities for change.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with SDLC, SAP (S4 preferred), and PIM/PXM systems.
