Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the Measurement Lead and Data/Reporting Products team to articulate a clear product vision and roadmap that aligns with overarching business objectives and market dynamics.
  • Engage with stakeholders, users, and analytics teams to gather and prioritize requirements, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of Brand Partner needs and market potentials.
  • Actively participate in sprint planning sessions to define and commit to deliverables, consistently showcasing product progress and outcomes.
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring it reflects the most critical features and enhancements.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate product success and identify areas for enhancement.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for stakeholders regarding reporting and measurement products.
  • Lead retrospectives and feedback sessions to perpetually enhance team processes, product quality, delivery efficiency, and user adoption.
  • Provide ongoing support and solicit user feedback for continuous product improvement.
  • Cultivate a culture of innovation by promoting experimentation and the integration of new technologies and methodologies, while consistently seeking feedback from users and stakeholders to drive product advancement.

Required Qualifications:
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and visualize data to generate actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, GCP) and business intelligence platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Familiarity with data warehousing principles, ETL processes, and data integration strategies.
  • Practical experience with reporting tools and software.
  • Bachelor's degree in analytics, marketing, information systems, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in reporting and measurement within marketing or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a retail media network, ideally within a CPG context.
  • Proven success and comfort working within an Agile framework.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of conveying relevant details and influencing decisions across various audience levels, from senior leadership to team members.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong partnerships across diverse teams (e.g., Product, Data Engineering, Data Architecture, Analytics, Business Intelligence, and Development).
  • Excellent organizational and strategic planning capabilities, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple large-scale initiatives simultaneously.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, navigate ambiguity, and maintain focus on execution.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
