The role offers a competitive pay rate of $27-30 per hour and is initially temporary, with the potential for permanent conversion based on performance. Experience with Yardi and commercial real estate is preferred.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to tenant needs and coordinate with maintenance staff to resolve issues.
  • Maintain positive relationships with tenants, ensuring compliance with rules and regulations.
  • Interact regularly with property owners to meet their objectives and address concerns.
  • Oversee the preparation of reports, budgeting, and control of operating and capital expenditures.
  • Assist with tenant move-ins and move-outs, ensuring smooth transitions.
  • Manage the collection of rent, payment of expenses, and compliance with lease terms.
  • Participate in civic and business organizations, attending industry programs and activities.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
  • A minimum of 2+ years of work-related experience.
  • CPM or RPA designation is preferred.
  • Yardi experience is preferred.
